James F. Donnelly
James F. "Boots" Donnelly was an American Football coach for Austin Peay and Middle Tennessee. He had a 140-87-1 record as head football coach at Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders from 1979-98. He was inducted into the Blue Raider Hall of Fame in 1993.[1]
